Our contract with various key clients mandates us to ensure that all new hires complete a brief training course before proceeding any further in the hiring process.
Our clients require this to ensure that you understand the best practices involved when handling sensitive customer and company data.
The training course is provided by a third-party that our clients have all approved. The course is brief and should only take roughly 30 minutes to complete.
Your hiring is guaranteed providing that you successfully complete the course, you have the legal right to work in the UK and you are over the age of 18.
After successful completion of the course, you will instantly receive a PDF certificate.
Please be sure to include your unique application reference number in the subject line of the email.
This reference number can be found in any previous email correspondence you've had with us as well as at the top of this page.
Once we've received your certificate, we'll send you a link to complete the next steps so that we can complete your onboarding and get you started as soon as possible.
Please note that the third-party training company charges a £65 fee for the course and for issuing your certificate. Core Data Entry will reimburse you this fee within your first salary payment.
